My work is grounded in relational psychodynamic therapy, with a focus on attachment and relationships. As a therapist in Seattle, I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand how early experiences—especially within their family of origin—shape the way they relate to others today.

Many of the challenges people face—like relationship anxiety, relational trauma, or recurring conflict—are driven by patterns outside of conscious awareness. We all develop protective strategies, or defense mechanisms, that once helped us navigate relationships but can later lead to disconnection or frustration. Therapy offers a space to slow down and begin understanding these patterns with more clarity and compassion.

A central part of my approach is working with what happens in the room, in real time. Rather than only talking about relationships, we also pay attention to the dynamic between us. This allows us to access the underlying, often unconscious patterns that shape how you experience connection—and begin to shift them.

I integrate attachment-based therapy to help clients move toward greater emotional security and more fulfilling relationships. Whether you’re seeking therapy for relationship issues in Seattle, working through relational trauma, or wanting deeper self-understanding, the goal is lasting change in how you connect with others.

My style is collaborative, engaged, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard, while also helping you challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
